Broccoli Salad

The salad

The dressing

low fat mayonnaise

granulated sugar

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine chopped apples and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl, stirring to coat.
- Add bacon, broccoli, grapes, carrots, scallions, and sunflower seeds to the bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the salad ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving, or serve at room temperature.
