Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 5-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups grapes, sliced
  • cup dried cranberries
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

The dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, bacon, grapes, dried cranberries, and onions.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, pepper, and mustard if using.
  3. Add the dressing to the broccoli mixture and throw in the sunflower seeds.
  4. Mix well to combine and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving. Toss again before serving and drizzle with any remaining dressing if needed.
