The dressing

Instructions
- Heat a skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook the bacon in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then place it on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, bacon, red onion, cranberries, pepitas, and dressing. Toss gently to mix and coat the ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
