Everything Bagel Buns

The bagel mix

The buns

cooking spray or olive oil

Idaho potato, peeled and spiralized

egg

Instructions
- Combine the bagel mix ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray or olive oil. Add the spiralized potato noodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked noodles to a bowl and let cool for 2 minutes. Stir in the eggs and bagel mix until evenly coated.
- Fill four ramekins halfway with the noodle mixture, compress with wax paper, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet, add the buns two at a time, and cook until set and browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining buns.
- Serve the bagel buns with your choice of spreads and toppings.
