Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the almond butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, and salt.
- Add the shredded coconut and mix until all the coconut is coated.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop.
- Bake for 15 minutes or freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a no-bake version.
- Allow to cool before serving.
