Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake flour, unsweetened cocoa, and salt, then add the coconut and mix.
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a microwave for 1-2 minutes, then stir until fully melted.
- Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and condensed milk to the coconut mixture and mix well.
- Drop the mixture by level tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets to form 36 cookies.
- Bake for 45 minutes, rotating once during baking, and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
