Easy Savory Honeynut Squash Soup

Instructions
- 1. In a large soup pot, heat butter and olive oil over low-medium heat.
- 2. Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- 3. Add cubed squash, maple syrup, salt, and pepper; sauté for 3-4 minutes until squash begins to soften.
- 4. Stir in sage and minced garlic; sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes until squash is tender.
- 6. Blend the soup until smooth and creamy using an immersion blender or a standard blender. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
