Instructions
- Cut the tandoori chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a pan over low heat, then sauté the ginger and garlic until aromatic.
- Add the tomato paste and chili powder, mixing well for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tandoori chicken and garam masala, then let it simmer for 10 minutes with the pan covered.
- Add the ketchup, sugar, salt, and water, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and mix in the heavy whipping cream or yogurt until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
