No-Bake Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Bars

Strawberry Sauce

diced strawberries

Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Process the walnuts until a fine, crumbly meal is formed, then add dates, coconut oil, and salt to form a sticky dough.
- Press the dough into the bottom of the baking dish and freeze to set.
- Blend the cheesecake filling ingredients until smooth, then pour over the crust and smooth the top.
- Blend strawberries and maple syrup until smooth, then heat in a saucepan until it thickens.
- Spoon the strawberry syrup over the cheesecake and swirl with a knife.
- Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, slice into bars, and keep chilled until serving.
