Instructions
- Line an 8x8" brownie pan with parchment paper, leaving overhanging sides.
- In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients and pulse until well combined but still textured.
- Press the crust mixture evenly into the lined brownie pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all filling ingredients until smooth, ensuring they are at room temperature.
- Pour the filling over the crust and freeze for about 4 hours until set.
- Once frozen, remove from the pan using the parchment paper and place on a cutting board.
- Top with lime slices and slice into 16 bars using a sharp knife.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
