Instant Pot Orange Chicken

The chicken

The sauce

Instructions
- Place chicken in the Instant Pot.
- Mix orange juice, zest, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl, then pour into the pot.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add flour or arrowroot powder to the liquid in the pot and mix to thicken.
- Return the chicken to the pot, divide onto plates, and top with cilantro if desired.
