Squeaky Clean Cream of Broccoli Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, salt, and pepper; cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, celery seeds, 7 cups of broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and vegetable broth; cover loosely and cook until fork tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Ladle half the soup into a blender and process until smooth; transfer to a clean container and repeat with the remaining soup.
- Return all processed soup to the pot; finely chop the remaining cup of broccoli florets and add to the soup along with the almond milk.
- Stir well, bring to a simmer over medium heat, then remove from heat and serve hot.
