Creamy Healthy Broccoli Cauliflower Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté onion, salt, and pepper until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and potato, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Pour in broth, milk, nutritional yeast, and additional salt, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered until veggies are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Blend half of the soup for a creamy texture while leaving some chunks.
