Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" x 13" pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat, then stir in the sugar until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in cocoa, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs and stir until smooth, then mix in the flour until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate truffles and pour the batter into the prepared pan, topping it with raspberries.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares and serve with ice cream.
