Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease an 8x8 pan.
- Combine melted coconut oil, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in flour until just combined, then fold in walnuts.
- Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Heat raspberry jam in a saucepan until smooth, then pour over the brownie mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
- Let cool completely before serving.
