Dark Chocolate Raspberry Black Bean Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray.
- In a large food processor, combine the rinsed beans, cocoa powder, almond meal, maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Process until smooth.
- Gently stir in the chopped dark chocolate, chocolate chips, and fresh raspberries by hand.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the brownies are set in the middle.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack using the parchment paper.
- Once completely cooled, slice into 12-16 squares and store in an airtight container.
