Black Bean Brownies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the avocado oil and ½ cup of chocolate chips, then melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar until well combined.
- 4. Process all other ingredients in a food processor until a doughy consistency is achieved.
- 5. Combine the dough with the melted chocolate chip mixture and the egg mixture, folding gently.
- 6. Grease a square pan (8x8 or 9x9) and line it with parchment paper.
- 7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes, checking at 30 and 35 minutes.
- 8. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting.
