Amazing Black Bean Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line an 11- by 18-inch baking pan with parchment paper, lightly oiled.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
- In a food processor, blend the beans, ½ cup walnuts, vanilla extract, and a few spoonfuls of the melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the remaining walnuts, melted chocolate mixture, coffee substitute, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until light and creamy, then add the agave nectar and beat well.
- Combine the bean mixture with the chocolate mixture, then add the egg mixture, reserving about ½ cup of the egg mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle the reserved egg mixture on top, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until set, then cool completely before cutting into squares.
