Fudgy Black Bean Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, process the rolled oats until they resemble a coarse flour.
- Add the black beans, almond butter, cacao powder, ground flax, vanilla, coconut sugar, vinegar, salt, and baking soda to the food processor and blend until smooth and thick.
- Mix in ½ cup of the chocolate chips briefly.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and press them lightly into the batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top cracks and the center feels firm.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
