Easy Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a food processor, blend the black beans, nut butter, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- 3. Stir in the chocolate chips without processing them.
- 4. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan and add more chocolate chips on top if desired.
- 5. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6. Store on the counter for 24 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
