Instructions
- Prepare soft-boiled eggs by boiling them for seven minutes and then placing them in an ice bath before peeling.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and divide into bowls.
- Heat the birria broth and beef broth together, adjusting salt to taste.
- If the shredded beef is cold, warm it in the broth mixture.
- Assemble the ramen by pouring the broth over the noodles, adding the shredded beef, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
