Instructions
- Rinse the clams thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion until slightly softened.
- Add the clams and stir until they start to open.
- Add curry powder, turmeric, hot sauce, oyster sauce, and water, then stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and cook until all clams are open.
- Add scallions, stir, and serve immediately.
