Instructions
- Mix the glutinous rice flour, water or silken tofu, and sugar in a bowl to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into three equal portions.
- Add matcha powder to one portion and knead until green.
- Add pink food coloring to another portion and knead until light pink.
- Roll each portion into 6 uniform-sized balls.
- Boil water and add the dango balls.
- Once they float, cook for a few more minutes, then transfer to cold water.
- Skewer one green, one white, and one pink dango together and serve.
