Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast with Vegetables

The vegetables

The seasoning

Instructions
- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl to create a spice rub.
- Reserve half of the spice rub for the vegetables and massage the remaining half onto the beef.
- Place the beef in the crockpot and pour the bone broth around it.
- Add the vegetables and sprinkle the reserved seasoning over them.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove the beef from the crockpot and shred it with forks or tongs.
- Serve the shredded beef with the vegetables.
