Instructions
- Make the cranberry rosemary infused simple syrup by combining all syrup ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer until sugar dissolves and cranberries burst.
- Let the syrup cool completely, preferably in the freezer.
- For cocktails, muddle cranberries and lime juice in a shaker.
- Add gin, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker and shake well.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, straining if desired.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
