The streusel topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, cane sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Make a well in the center and add the dairy-free milk, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
- Pour half of the batter into a prepared square baking pan.
- Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the streusel layer.
- Top with the rest of the streusel mixture and drizzle melted butter or coconut oil over the top.
- Bake for 38-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool in the pan for about an hour before cutting.
