The pasta
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic, then add flour and stir until thickened.
- Pour in heavy cream, salt, black pepper, sage, and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and melted.
- Boil water in a pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- Toss the drained pasta with the Alfredo sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the fettuccine Alfredo.
