The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread tin with parchment paper and cooking oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the flours, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, combine the applesauce, melted butter, brown sugar, egg replacement, vanilla, and almond milk, whisking until just combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients using a wooden spoon.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing icing sugar and water until smooth.
- Let the loaf cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve with vegan butter or drizzle the glaze over the loaf or individual pieces.
