Mushroom Spinach Pasta

Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving at least ½ cup of pasta water.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the mushrooms and sauté until golden.
- Add garlic, spinach, Aleppo pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, and sauté until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, ¼ cup of reserved pasta water, sherry cooking wine, and remaining butter.
- Serve garnished with grated asiago cheese and additional black pepper.
