Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter.
- Sauté the garlic until slightly browned, then add the sliced mushrooms.
- Stir the mushrooms a few times, then add the chicken broth and whipping cream.
- Season the mixture with salt and cayenne pepper, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
- Add the baby spinach and cook until it starts to wilt, then turn off the heat.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
