Instructions
- Melt garlic herb butter and unsalted butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Once bubbling, add white onion, garlic, and black garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add cremini mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, minced onion, cracked black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, stir, and bring to a light boil.
- Incorporate parmesan cheese while stirring until melted.
- Allow the sauce to reduce and thicken for 6-8 minutes.
- Prepare long fusilli according to package instructions, rinse, and strain.
- Combine pasta with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
