Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and jerk seasoning, then marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and spray it with cooking spray.
- Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Prepare the fruits and vegetables by dicing and slicing them, then toss them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients until combined.
- Assemble the salad by placing mixed greens on a plate, topping with the fruit and veggie mixture, sliced avocado, and grilled chicken.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
