Ingredients

The pork

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin

The dry rub

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

The oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the dry rub ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season it with the dry rub.
  4. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil onto the air fryer basket.
  5. Place the pork tenderloin in the basket and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
  6. Cook the pork for 10 minutes, flip it, and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature and remove when it reaches 145ºF, or cook longer for a well-done tenderloin.
  8. Let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
