Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix the dry rub ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season it with the dry rub.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil onto the air fryer basket.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the basket and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
- Cook the pork for 10 minutes, flip it, and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature and remove when it reaches 145ºF, or cook longer for a well-done tenderloin.
- Let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
