Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel.
- Mix the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over all sides of the pork tenderloin.
- Cook the pork tenderloin in the air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
