Instructions
- Blend the tomato puree, onion, garlic, cumin, cloves, and chipotle chile until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the rice for 30 seconds.
- Add the blended tomato mixture and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and let it stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
