Fresh Dill Potato Salad

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool slightly and cut into ¾ inch dice.
- Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl and add the chopped eggs, dill, scallions, and radishes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, salt, and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Serve the salad warm or at room temperature.
