Instructions
- Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Add mushrooms and onions, stir frying for 4-6 minutes until soft.
- Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell peppers, seasoning with salt and pepper, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Create a well in the center, add butter to melt, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add bone broth and coconut aminos, stir frying for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is glossy. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
