Summer Sweet Corn & Zucchini Pizza

whole-wheat pizza crust

shredded mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add zucchini, corn, red onion, and half of the minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza crust and add the remaining minced garlic. Layer half of the mozzarella cheese followed by the sautéed vegetable mixture, then the remaining mozzarella and feta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake according to the pizza crust package instructions, or about 12-14 minutes until the cheese is light brown.
