Sweet Corn, Sausage, and Thyme Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the shallot and cook until softened.
- Add corn and crumbled sausage to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in thyme, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush with olive oil.
- Layer half of the cheese, followed by half of the corn and sausage mixture, then top with the remaining cheese and corn mixture.
- Bake according to the pizza crust package instructions, or for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and corn is browned.
