Corn + Goat Cheese Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F and prepare the dough as instructed.
- Roll the dough out very thin, about 1/8 inch, and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the creme fraiche over the dough and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
- Layer half of the goat cheese, poblano, shallots, corn, and the remaining goat cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is browned, then broil for an additional minute.
- In a bowl, mix baby arugula, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Top the baked pizza with the arugula mixture and cut into slices.
