Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and position a rack in the middle.
- Sauté the onion in olive oil or butter over medium heat until soft, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and pre-bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Mix goat cheese with a splash of milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven, spread with goat cheese, and top with sautéed onions.
