Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or stone and spread with olive oil.
- Add the cheese, corn, diced poblano pepper, and cilantro on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with avocado slices and cotija cheese.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the pizza and serve with Tabasco sauce if desired.
