Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 large Old El Paso Flour Tortilla
  • 2 regular Old El Paso Flour Tortillas

The toppings

  • ½ cup Old El Paso Vegetarian Refried Beans
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • cup sliced black olives
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and poke them with a fork to prevent puffing.
  3. Bake the tortillas for 3-4 minutes until slightly golden brown.
  4. Spread the refried beans evenly on the tortillas.
  5. Spread the salsa on top and add the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  7. Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board and let cool for 1 minute.
  8. Top with avocado, tomatoes, green onion, black olives, and cilantro.
  9. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
