Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and honey, and let sit for 5 minutes before adding olive oil.
- In a stand mixer, combine flour and salt, then add the wet ingredients.
- Use a dough hook to mix until a ball forms, adjusting flour or water as needed.
- Divide the dough into four balls, cover, and let rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease two baking sheets.
- Roll out each dough ball into a circle 1/8 inch thick and place on baking sheets.
- Top each dough with taco sauce, red pepper, beans, corn, and cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is cooked.
- Sprinkle with scallions, salsa, and avocado before serving warm.
