Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm-to-hot water and let it foam.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then add the yeast mixture and knead the dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
- Marinate the chicken with cumin, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Combine jalapeños, tomatoes, and corn in an oven-safe bowl, season, and roast for 30 minutes.
- Mix refried beans and sour cream in a saucepan over low heat until creamy.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat until done, then shred it.
- Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the bean mixture on the dough, top with shredded chicken and roasted veggies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese on top and bake until melted, then sprinkle with green onion and serve hot.
