Mexican Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place two tortillas on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of refried beans on each, leaving a small border.
- Spread a layer of cooked ground beef or chicken on top of the refried beans.
- Spoon salsa over the meat layer evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the remaining two tortillas on top of the cheese to create a sandwich structure.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melty and the tortillas are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Slice each pizza into quarters.
- Top with chopped tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and cilantro if desired.
- Serve hot with sour cream and guacamole.
