Ingredients

The base

  • 8 tortillas tortillas of choice
  • 1 cup Healthy Vegan Bean Dip

The toppings

  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • to taste salsa of choice
  • to taste Vegan Sour Cream
  • to taste your favorite hot sauce
  • to taste your favorite dairy-free cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the tortillas on cookie sheets and bake for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of bean dip on 4 of the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese if using, chopped kale, and green onions.
  4. Cover with the remaining tortillas.
  5. Spread about 3 tablespoons of bean dip on top of the second tortilla and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
  6. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Spread ½ cup of guacamole on top of each pizza and cover with lettuce, cilantro, salsa, and sour cream or any desired toppings.
  8. Slice the pizza with a pizza cutter and enjoy!
