Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping the carrots, celery, and onion.
- Turn the Instant Pot to the 'sauté' setting and add oil or butter.
- Once warmed, add onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and sea salt, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken thighs, broth, water, pasta, and spices, then stir to combine.
- Set the Instant Pot to the 'soup' function and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally, then remove and shred the chicken thighs.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot, stir, and garnish with parsley before serving.
