Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a container and add chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In a food processor, combine breading ingredients and grind until even. Transfer to a shallow dish.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat in breading. Dip in marinade again and repeat the breading process.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces for about 10 minutes, flipping until golden brown.
- While chicken cooks, whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve chicken immediately with fresh crudités.
