Healthy Fettuccine with Shrimp

Ingredients

The pasta

  • 1 lb Fettuccine

The shrimp

  • 1 lb Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon lemon
  • optional Parmesan Cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
  3. Add the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice to the pan.
  4. Toss the shrimp with the olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic until they turn pink.
  5. Once the pasta is finished, drain it and toss it with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, lemon slices, and parsley.
